This safety video program on Workplace Violence for California Managers and Supervisors discusses the different types of violence that can occur in the workplace, how to anticipate violence, and how to handle aggressive and violent behavior. It also provides practical guidance on how to create and implement a Workplace Violence Prevention Plan that complies with California’s SB553 Bill.
