Our goal is to ensure that you have the best possible experience with us at Weeklysafety.com, and if that is not the case, then we don't want to make it difficult for you to move on. (But we'll be sorry to see you go!)

If you decide at any time during the first 30 days after starting your membership with Weeklysafety.com that our content and services do not suit the needs of your company, please contact us at safety@weeklysafety.com and let us know that you would like to cancel your membership. Please note that the 30 days mentioned does include any free trial period offered. We ask that you delete all files you may have downloaded from our membership area (as these are exclusive to Weeklysafety.com members only) and you discontinue use of any Weeklysafety.com content and materials at your company. In this situation, if we are notified within 30 days of the start of your membership, you will get your money back. That's a firm promise and commitment.

To serve you and others better in the future, we request (but do not require) that you tell us why you want a refund. We want satisfied customers and if there is something about your experience that we could learn from and improve upon, then we will take that into consideration for future product and service development. (What we mean is, your opinion is important to us!)


Cancellation Policy

It is your right to terminate your relationship with Weeklysafety.com, LLC by cancelling your membership at any time. To do so, please contact us at safety@weeklysafety.com and let us know that you would like to cancel your membership. We will cancel your membership and no further charges will be made to your credit card. We ask that you delete all files you may have downloaded from our membership area (as these are exclusive to Weeklysafety.com members only) and you discontinue use of any Weeklysafety.com content and materials at your company. Upon notice of your request to cancel your membership, your User Account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to log into the Weeklysafety.com member area.

Please remember that asking for a refund or cancelling your membership but continuing to use content, training or materials purchased from us is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.


Issues, Problems or Complaints

If you have an issue with our website, our membership area, the training content or any other materials provided please just let us know by emailing us at safety@weeklysafety.com. If you have found what you believe to be an inaccuracy in any training content, please let us know so we can revise, update or clarify, if needed. It is never our intent to provide anything less than an optimal experience for our visitors, our customers and our members so if you have anything that you think we should know about, please don't hesitate to tell us.
