Do I need a membership to buy this video?
No. Anyone can buy a single video. A membership is a separate product that includes weekly safety topics and other materials.
What is the difference between buying this video and Safety Complete?
Buying this video gives you one program. A Video on Demand purchase lasts one year and includes 25 share views. Safety Complete gives you every training video for as long as you are a member, sharing with up to 100, 250, or 500 employees depending on your plan, and sign-off records with Share and Track Completion.

Which format should I choose?
Video on Demand for almost everyone. You get access right away, you can watch on any device with an internet connection, and it is the only format you can share with your team using a link. Choose DVD or USB only if you need to play the video somewhere without internet. DVDs play in a standard DVD player and most computers with a disc drive. USB videos play on a computer or laptop, not a TV, and need media software such as the free VLC media player.
How do I get my video after I buy it?
You will receive an email with instructions after checkout. Your video appears on your VOD Purchases page when you sign in.
How many people can watch the Video on Demand?
Each purchase includes 25 share views. Generate a share link from your VOD Purchases page and send it to anyone who needs the training. They watch on any device with an internet browser, with no account or password. Watching the video in your own account does not use a share view. You can see how many views you have left at any time.
How do I share a video I bought with my team? →
How long do I have access?
One year from purchase. The exact expiry date is shown on your VOD Purchases page. After that, the video and any share links stop working. On Safety Complete, you have every video for as long as your membership is active.
Can I download it or add it to our LMS?
No. Video on Demand streams only and needs an internet connection. The videos are not downloadable, not SCORM compliant, and not designed to load into an LMS. Send your team a share link instead, or buy the DVD or USB format if you need a copy you can keep.

Is it available in Spanish?
Check the Language options above. If English & Spanish is listed, both versions are included and viewers can switch between them while watching.
Can I see who watched?
No. Share views are counted, but names are not collected. If you need a record of who completed the training, use Share and Track Completion, which is part of a membership. Each person signs off with their name and job title, and you get a completion report.
